This weekend, September 23-25, 2011, Park Rapids will be showcasing cultural and outdoor events including the 31st annual Headwaters 100 Bike Ride, the 2011 Art Leap, the 4th Annual Autumn Harvest Festival, a production by Northern Light Opera Company and more.
