I hope everyone viewed the information that Dave Anderson put together about protecting our shoreline. It is easy to keep the run off from our property out of the lake; we just need to be intentional about how we use fertilizer, what plants we put close to the lake and how we mow.
I've taken down the page with this information for the winter to make space to bring back the history page. In the spring we will put up some of the shoreline information again.
In the mean time, please start collecting your long lake stories, pictures, etc. If we are to have an updated book about our lake, I will need your help. I am looking forward to seeing any and all material you may have to contribute.
